Finance & Payment Options

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash: Payments made in US Dollars.

• Check:

• Checks must be made payable to "SKOL Outdoor Living LLC."

• Checks may be subject to a hold period for clearance.

• Returned check will subject for $50 processing fee.

• Credit Card:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

• A processing fee of 3% will be applied to all credit card transactions.

• Credit card payments must be authorized by the cardholder.

Financing Options:

• SKOL does not offer in-house financing.

• We can refer customers to reputable financial institutions that may offer financing options for their outdoor kitchen projects.

• Customers are solely responsible for securing and managing any financing arrangements with third-party lenders.

Project Payment Schedule

Signing Agreement:

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total project cost is required upon signing the project agreement.

• This deposit secures your place in our production schedule.

Design Completion:

• Upon finalization and customer approval of the design, choose color and appliances an additional 40% of the total project cost is due.

• This payment confirms the project specifications and initiates production.

Shipping Readiness:

• The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon notification that the outdoor kitchen is ready for shipping or delivery.

• This payment authorizes the release of the completed project for delivery.

Financing Options

• SKOL Outdoor Living LLC does not provide direct financing.

• We can refer customers to reputable financial institutions that may offer financing options for home improvement projects, which may include outdoor kitchens.

These options may include:

• Home Equity Loans: Utilize the equity in your home to finance the project.

• Personal Loans: Unsecured loans with varying interest rates and repayment terms.

• Customers are solely responsible for securing and managing all aspects of their financing arrangements.

Payment Deadlines

• All payments are due on the dates specified in the project agreement.

• Late payments may incur a late fee of 3% per month.

• Late payments may result in delays in project completion and delivery.

Payment Disputes

• Any payment disputes must be addressed in writing within 3 days of the invoice date.

• SKOL will investigate and attempt to resolve any payment disputes promptly and fairly.
