Finance & Payment Policy

Introduction

SKOL Outdoor Living LLC (“SKOL”) is committed to providing our customers with exceptional outdoor kitchen solutions. This policy outlines the payment terms and conditions for all SKOL outdoor kitchen projects.

Payment Schedule

• Signing Agreement: Upon signing the project agreement, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total project cost is required.

• Design Completion: Upon finalization of the design and approval by the customer, agree on appliances, color an additional 40% of the total project cost is due.

• Shipping Readiness: The remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon notification that the outdoor kitchen is ready for shipping or delivery.

Payment Methods

• Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash

• Check (made payable to SKOL Outdoor Living LLC)

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - Note: Credit card payments required a processing 3% fee.

• Financing Options:

• SKOL does not offer in-house financing.

• We can refer customers to reputable financial institutions that may offer financing options for their outdoor kitchen projects.

• Customers are solely responsible for securing and managing any financing arrangements with third-party lenders.

Late Payment Fees

• Late Payments: Any payments not received by the specified deadlines may be subject to a late payment fee of (Fee Percentage 3%) per month.

• Delays: Late payments may result in delays in project completion and delivery.

Project Cancellation

• Cancellation Prior to Design Completion: If the customer cancels the project before the design phase is complete, the initial 10% deposit will be forfeited.

• Cancellation After Design Completion: If the customer cancels the project after the design phase is complete, the following will apply:

• The initial 10% deposit will be forfeited.

• The 40% payment made upon design completion will be refunded less any expenses incurred (e.g., design fees, material procurement costs).

• Cancellation After Shipping Readiness: If the customer cancels the project after the outdoor kitchen is ready for shipping, the full project cost is due and payable.

Changes and Modifications

• Change Orders: Any changes or modifications to the original project scope may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.

• Change Order Approval: All change orders must be approved in writing by both the customer and SKOL before proceeding.
