Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times and Coordination:
• Shipping times and durations will be coordinated with the customer via phone within the timeframe specified in the quotation and order confirmation.
• If an issue arises beyond the company’s control that impacts delivery timelines, the company will inform the customer and arrange an alternative date.
Product Delivery:
• Products will be delivered to the address specified in the order.
• If installation is included in the order, the order will be considered complete once the installation has been satisfactorily finalized.
• Large shipments will be sent via LTL (Less Than Truckload) through a third-party carrier. The carrier will place the packages at the entrance of the driveway without blocking street access. For legal reasons, carriers will not enter private property or driveways
• Special order products may incur additional shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
• Other shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact customer service for details.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered equipment complies with all city, county, and state requirements before placing the order.
• For shipments outside the United States, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, such as shipping, export documentation, duties, and taxes.
Customer Responsibility:
• Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
• The recipient must inspect for damages or missing items immediately and prior to signing the delivery receipt.
• Damaged items must be returned with the carrier, and the customer is responsible for photographing and documenting the issue on the delivery receipt.
• If damages are not documented at the time of delivery, no claims can be submitted.
Returns and Cancellations:
• Cancellations for standard products can be made without a fee prior to shipment.
• Cancellations for standard products after shipment will incur a 25% fee plus the original shipping cost.
• Cancellations for custom orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus the original shipping cost.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and has not been installed.
• The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer. Products not in new condition will not be refunded.
• Installation fees will not be refunded if the work has already been completed.
• Refunds for returns will only be issued after the returned product has been inspected and the customer has been notified.
• The company reserves the right to deduct costs for damage if the product is found not to be in new condition or in its original packaging as shipped.
• Return and cancellation policies do not apply to orders outside the United States.
Commitment to Clarifications:
• In the event of a pricing or product information error, SKOL OUTDOOR LIVING LLC reserves the right to cancel an order even if it has already been placed.
