The warranty is valid per the terms of this document and all its at pages.

1. The warranty applies only to kitchens installed by an authorized SKOL installer.
2. In the event of missing or defective parts, notification must be made within 30 days from the installation date. Beyond this period, parts will not be considered missing or defective.
3. A service call where no defect is found in the product will incur a technician visit fee.
4. Repairs or replacements will be conducted as per SKOL’s terms and within a treatment period of up to 30 business days.
5. For areas with harsh environmental conditions, such as proximity to the sea, regular maintenance, including cleaning to remove salt and moisture, is required. Neglect in these areas is not covered under the warranty.
6. The warranty does not cover infrastructure works such as water, electricity, or sewage installed or modified after the kitchen installation.
7. Any modifications to the product, including worktops, without prior approval from SKOL, are prohibited.
8. Surface Issues: Damage caused by sinking, deformation, or distortion of the installation surface, resulting in damage to the kitchen or its components, is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
1. Force Majeure: Fires, floods, earthquakes, and similar events.
2. Improper Infrastructure: Damages caused by incorrect installation of water, electricity, or gas systems failure.
3. Poor Maintenance: Neglect, cleaning with unauthorized materials, or failure to perform required preventative care.
4. Improper Use: Use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, including the use of corroded materials inside the kitchen.
5. External Materials: Use of equipment not approved or not compliant with SKOL requirements.
6. Commercial or Public Use: The warranty applies only to residential use.
Usage and Maintenance Instructions
1. Cleaning:
• Only approved cleaning materials should be used.
• Avoid using acids/ammonia or any chemical materials not intended for stainless steel or protective coatings.
• Use an appropriate cloth, and it is recommended to replace it as needed.
• Clean the product after every use.
2. Equipment Storage:
• Do not store non-outdoor-resistant or rusty equipment in drawers or kitchen cabinets.
3. Regular Maintenance:
• Perform preventative maintenance on stainless steel using protective coating materials every six months.
• Ensure that water, electricity, and gas infrastructures are in good working condition before use.
4. Daily Use:
• Use only the original covers for all related equipment, such as grills, burners, ovens, griddles, and more, as required by the manufacturer.
General Conditions
1. Warranty Transfer:
• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Warranty Scope:
• The warranty is valid only for private residential use.
• Using the kitchen under commercial, public, or shared complex conditions voids the warranty.
3. Modifications or Repairs:
• Any changes, repairs, or adjustments not performed by an authorized installer or directed by SKOL void the warranty.
4. Warranty Limitations:
• SKOL is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damage.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by force majeure, fires, floods, strong winds, or accidents and action of God.
5. Customer Responsibility:
• The customer is responsible for maintaining the product according to usage and maintenance guidelines.
• In case of a claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, documentation, and photos for claim evaluation.
6. Warranty Period:
• Replacement of parts or repairs under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Defect Documentation and Proof of Purchase:
• The customer must provide an original receipt or invoice.
• Serial number of the product (if applicable).
• Detailed description of the issue.
• Photos or videos illustrating the defect or issue.

3. Claim Review:
• SKOL will conduct an initial review of the provided documentation.
• If necessary, an authorized representative will visit the customer’s site, or the defective part must be sent for review.
4. Claim Approval:
• If the claim is approved, SKOL will proceed as follows:
 Repair the product as needed.
 Replace the defective part at no cost with a refurbished product / new.
 Replace the entire product in severe cases of critical defects.
• The replaced part will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
5. Claim Processing:
• Estimated processing time: Up to 30 business days.
• Costs:
 The warranty does not cover installation, labor, or shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
 If the defective part must be returned, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. Claim Denial:
• In cases where SKOL determines that the claim does not meet warranty conditions, an official notice will be provided to the customer, including a detailed explanation.
